1. Shipping Area
We currently only ship to Mainland UK.
This includes England, Scotland, and Wales.

Any international destinations
If an order is placed from an unsupported location, it will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Processing & Build Time
All gaming PCs are custom-built and tested before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing may take longer. We will notify you if any delays occur.

Once your PC leaves our workshop, typical delivery times are:

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.
We are not responsible for courier delays once the package is in transit, but we will always help resolve issues where possible.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

7. Delivery Requirements

8. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your package is damaged:

We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue.
Missing items must also be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If you miss a delivery:

Your parcel may be taken to a local pickup shop

If unclaimed, it may be returned to us
If the parcel is returned due to the customer not accepting delivery or providing an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
10. Returns Related to Shipping
Return shipping for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
