Component brands may vary depending on stock availability.
Performance estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Colours, lighting, and appearance may differ slightly from product photos.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to builds as long as performance is equal or better.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP and include/exclude VAT depending on your region.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full before your order is built or dispatched.
We use secure third-party payment gateways to protect your information.

4. Order Processing & Build Time

Once payment is received:

Custom PC build times typically range from 3–5 working days.
If parts are out of stock or delays occur, we will notify you immediately.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the build process has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Mainland UK.
Delivery times vary based on your location.
All systems are tested and securely packaged before dispatch.
Risk of damage passes to the buyer once the courier takes possession of the package.
You must inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom-built PCs

Because each system is assembled to order:

Custom gaming PCs are non-refundable unless defective.
If a fault is discovered, we offer repair or replacement under warranty.

Components & Accessories

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or used items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.

7. Warranty

All gaming PCs include a [1-year / 2-year] hardware warranty, covering:

Hardware defects
Component failures
Repair or replacement of faulty parts

The warranty does not cover:
