1. Eligibility for Refunds

2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds, including:

Clearance or final-sale items

Services already rendered

Once your request is received, we will notify you within 5 business days regarding approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 Business days . Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Coverage
Most components come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–3 years).

Custom PC orders are built to your specifications, so:

Refunds are not guaranteed once the build process has begun

A restocking fee (10–20%) may apply for canceled or returned custom builds

Repairs or part replacements will be offered if the issue is hardware-related
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return unless defective on arrival (DOA):

Opened CPUs, GPUs, RAM, motherboards, and other internal components

Custom-built gaming PCs (partial refunds or repairs may be offered instead)

Software, digital game codes, or licenses

Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse, overclocking, modification, or improper installation

Clearance or final-sale items
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
If your PC or component arrives not functioning:

You must report DOA issues within 7 days of delivery

We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on product availability

Photo or video proof may be required to process the claim
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
For services, cancellations must be requested before work begins.
